Our goal is your complete satisfaction with any item you purchase from us. You may return any item within 10 days if it is unused and unsoiled (new condition). You must first call to obtain a return authorization or the shipment will not be accepted. We will refund the full purchase price or exchange toward another product - Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that if there is any evidence of use such as scrapes or enlarged holes in the billets, hair under the saddle etc., it is no longer considered new and we cannot sell it as such. While we are happy to issue refunds for saddles that are truly unused and unsoiled we do charge a 35 percent restocking fee for any saddle or item returned that shows any evidence of use due to the fact that we will only be able to sell it for about half of the new price. So please sit in the saddle on a stand or place the saddle on your horse with a clean blanket or sheet underneath and check for fit. Do not cinch the saddle down or take a short ride thinking it will still be new. If the saddle is to be returned carefully package it being sure to cushion the front and back of the saddle to keep it from being damaged due to rubbing against the box during shipping.
